Special Issue - ICABM2018

Abstract

The European Journal of Applied Business and Management (EJABM) publishes its Special Issue in November 2018, with papers selected from the International Conference of Applied Business and Management (ICABM2018) which was held at ISAG - European Business School, Porto, during the days 21 and 22 of June 2018.

The ICABM2018 was the stage for presentations of excellent works in the areas of applied business and allowed to link between the academia and practices. The members of the Organizing Committee of the ICABM are deeply thankful for all the researchers for attending the conference. We had almost a hundred oral presentations and more than 120 participants from different countries (Brazil, Canada, Mauritius, United States of America, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, among others), being made by the authors articles in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

The Special Issue of ICABM2018 includes 21 articles presented at the conference and were evaluated by a double blind system, covering different areas of management. The reader will have online access to the articles in the scope of Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, Social Responsibility, Human Resources, Tourism and Hospitality Management. We invite all the researchers and those interested to read this edition, with original empirical and theoretical research articles.
