Focus and Scope

1. EJABM provides opportunity for knowledge dissemination and gives incentive to research in the areas of applied business. It is welcomed the following four areas: Business, Management, Strategy and Accounting.

2. Specifically, the journal publishes research in the fields of strategic management; innovation management; entrepreneurship; services management; human resource management; knowledge management; change management; operations management; financial management; organisational behaviour; accounting; marketing; organisational analysis; ethics in business; motivation; applied economics.

3. The journal welcomes original papers, review articles and short communications of empirical, methodological or conceptual nature. EJABM gives particular attention to contributions of high-quality and empirically oriented manuscripts supported by various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

4. EJABM is an international peer-reviewed open access journal.

Peer Review Process

The journal uses double-blind system for peer-review; both reviewers and authors' identities remain anonymous.

The review process consists to evaluate the following topics:

- the originality of the paper;

- relevance and usefulness;

- the adequacy of the methodology;

- quality of literature review;

- language usage; and

thus, concluding with a proposal for acceptance, revision or rejection of the assessed manuscript.

The editor's decision is final and is forwarded to the author with the recommendations/comments by the reviewers.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
